I am not sure how P O Dixon comes up with all of these topics, but I am grateful for Dixon's creativity. I enjoyed watching Darcy and Elizabeth overcome their struggles in finding true love. And as many of you know, I am a sucker for original characters. Dixon delights readers with Lord Andrew Holland and Miss Lucy Lancaster. I am keeping my fingers crossed that these two get their own story. ;)

DeleteI hope you enjoy P O Dixon's book, Joana. Though, if I were an author, I would find it nerve-wracking when another JAFF author read my books. I'd be fearful they would find it lacking, but that might be the people pleaser in me. ;) Do either of you find that is the case, or do you not care what other authors might think about your writings?

DeleteIt always amazes me how you can come up with new story lines based on the same base story. I am looking forward to seeing the original characters too, although it will take something special to replace Ben from He Taught Me to Hope as my favourite of your original characters!
ReplyDeleteI find new inspiration to write about Mr. Darcy almost daily. It might have something to do with all the MM pics scattered about my desk. (✿◠‿◠) I love that Ben is a favorite, and I look forward to releasing the sequel, which is due mid-year. Of course, the manuscript remains untouched since November. For now, all I can think about is my epic (for me) two book series coming late 2014 which introduces two fantastic new characters who will be especially near and dear to Elizabeth's heart.
